Step 1:
Type “settings” into the search bar, on the bottom left of the screen. If the search bar is not showing, press the windows key, then type “settings”.
Step 2:
Select the “Change Wifi Settings” option in the search results.
Step 3:
Select the “Manage known networks” button.
Step 4:
Double click on the Wifi network you wish to forget.
Step 5:
Select the “Forget” button.
Step 1:
Click the “Start” button in the bottom left corner of the screen, the select “Control Panel“, select “Network and Internet“, and then click “Network and Sharing Center.”
Step 2:
In the task list, please choose “Manage wireless networks.“
Step 3:
In the Network table, please select the existing profiles and click Remove.
Step 4:
If you see a warning dialog box, please select “OK.”
Step 5:
Please return to “Network and Sharing Center” (Step 1) and select “Change adapter settings”. Then, right click “Wireless Network Connection”. Please select “Connect/Disconnect“.
Step 6:
Please select the refresh button to view available wireless networks. Then, highlight the network which you want to connect to, and double left click it or click the “Connect” button.
